Progress is made!

Hello again!
I was roaming the internet looking for tips when it came to creating a film opening. I came across an article about storyboards. In the article it talked about how vital is to construct a storyboard before you start filming. It went into detail about how storyboards help determine the course your film is taking and whether or not it's going to work. It also talked about how it helps budget your time efficiently, and since we only have 2 minutes and want to be able to pack as much information as possible, creating a storyboard is an excellent option. It also helps identify any flaws early in the filming process. My group and I got together to construct a storyboard of the various shots and angles we will be filming for our opening. I have linked a picture of the storyboard below!

This is simply a rough draft of how the opening should go. We made this in order to guide us in the right direction, and to gather our thoughts into one organized paper. In the storyboard we tried to include a lot of high angles, because these express venerability and since the main character being filmed is supposed to be going through a psychotic break, he is in an extremely vulnerable place. We also wanted to include various shots of the main character suffering and acting upon certain hallucinations and delusions which are both symptoms of schizophrenia. Using the hyperreality theory we want to be able to highlight the characters struggle between whats real and whats not. I feel a lot more confident about how this is going to turn out, because between you and me I have been overthinking and stressing about this project. I just want to be able to deliver the best of my abilities. I'm excited about what this project has to offer, and to finally commence filming!
